The Libyan Association for Palliative and Prolonged Critical Care was founded upon a deeply
rooted humanitarian vision aimed at addressing critical gaps within the national healthcare
system. Our mission is to provide specialized, patient-centered services that place the highest
emphasis on the dignity, comfort, and holistic wellbeing of individuals facing chronic or life-
limiting conditions. As a non-profit organization, we are proud to be composed of a
multidisciplinary team of medical, psychological, and social care professionals. We foster
partnerships across healthcare, educational, and community sectors to build a sustainable and
integrated care system grounded in both scientific excellence and human compassion.
